The terms below constitute an agreement between you and Holdon Systems 2U AB org. No. 559256-7837 (hereinafter "Holdon Systems" or "we"). By making purchases from and using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read the terms and conditions before you shop.

DELIVERY TIME

Our ambition is for an order to be delivered from our warehouse no later than the first working day after we receive your order.

You will receive a confirmation that delivery has taken place by email when the shipment has reached the carrier with the shipment number, etc.

In cases where the shipping takes place with DHL Economy Select or DHL Express, you as a customer will have the opportunity to control your delivery via this email in a way that suits you. It can, for example, be through acknowledging goods in advance and having them delivered, for example, outside your door, or you may want to choose a special delivery point that suits you. Be sure to include your mobile number and email address in your order so that you receive this email / SMS

DELIVERY METHOD AND DELIVERY TERMS

Deliveries are made primarily in collaboration with DHL, to a limited extent PostNord. Other delivery methods may be used depending on the volume and delivery address. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company.

Delivery takes place with conditions DDU, which means that no other costs will be added for you as a customer if you are in the EU. For customers outside the EU, any local customs and VAT (VAT) may apply.

Corporate customers outside Sweden but within the EU will not be charged Swedish VAT if a valid EU VAT number is stated at checkout.

The shipping cost for an order will be charged

For land transport: A fixed fee of EUR 7-25 depending on shipping method / country with free shipping over the amount of EUR 100

For DHL Express air freight; with a cost that follows the DHL tariff.

DHL Servicepoint / DHL Parcel Connect (to any customer)

Your order will be sent to your nearest DHL Servicepoint. You will receive a notification either through an avi in ​​your mailbox or via an SMS to your mobile to pick up your package. When collecting your shipment, a valid ID document must be presented. Only one package per shipment.

DHL Paket / DHL Paket Export ( only to companies)

Your order will be sent to your company address. Upon receipt of your shipment, the carrier will request your receipt. Can be multi-package transmission

DHL Economy Select  (to any customer)

Your order will be sent to your company address. Upon receipt of your shipment, the carrier will request your receipt. Can be multi-package transmission.

DHL Express Worldwide (to any customer)

Your order is sent to your company address, if you are a private customer you may need to pick up at a service point. Upon receipt of your shipment, the carrier will request your receipt. Can be multi-package transmission.

PostNord MyPack (to any customer)

Your order is sent to your nearest PostNord representative. You will receive a notification either through an avi in ​​your mailbox or via an SMS to your mobile to pick up your package. When collecting your shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

DAMAGE TO PACKAGES AND UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

For packages that you as a customer do not redeem within 14 days and are returned to us, we charge you 400 (SEK) for administration, shipping, return shipping and handling.

PLEASE NOTE that you cannot cancel a purchase by not redeeming a package. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately, but no later than within 7 days, make a claim to the carrier.

Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the transport company's handling, you must contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PRIVATE CONSUMERS IN THE EU

We follow the law on distance contracts within the EU. Private customers in the EU have the right to return ordered faultless goods without giving any reason.

Corporate or private customers outside the EU have no right of withdrawal.

Do this;

Announce the order number, name and address and what you intend to return (number and name) to the email address postbox@holdon.com as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item.

Return canceled purchase immediately to us. Make sure that your order number, name & address are in the return package so that we can see who will have a refund.

You have the right to return individual items or the entire order if you are not satisfied. Remember that the product or order, including its original packaging, must be sent back to us in salable condition. You as the customer are responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal. Also note that you as a customer have the financial responsibility for the return to us.

Refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received the item in return. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial business event, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise. For repayment in cases where card payment has not been made - enter your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number.

Goods that are specially made according to the consumer's instructions are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This applies to e.g. created BannaTrax lists ..

You as a consumer have the right to examine the product to see what its properties and function are. It can e.g. is about removing clips from the packaging to make a sample assembly, but such a sample assembly must not mean that the product is subject to wear.

We consider as an example that you do not need to remove the bundle seal around bundles of bungees to examine them. Should you do so or otherwise use an item in a way that is not necessary to see property & function, we as a seller have the right to a reasonable reduction in value according to law. Depending on the product, the reduction in value can be significant when it is used in practice.

COMPLAINTS

Holdon Systems sells all products with a 2-year warranty in the event of original manufacturing defects, i.e. defects present in the product upon delivery. Manufacturing defects must be found by Holdon Systems, after which the customer receives free repair or a new product. The right to make a complaint does not exist in the event of a handling error, incorrectly set product or errors that occur during or after a change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The customer's invoice or receipt is valid as proof of the time of purchase. Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, we ask you to contact us via email at postbox@holdon.com before sending the item / items back.

SECURITY AND SECURITY

We handle complaints and return matters as soon as possible by e-mail.

We work continuously to ensure that you as a customer receive the best possible service before, during and after your purchase with us.

In this webshop we use encrypted data transfer. Payment and personal information is provided through secure online sites. We have a partnership with Klarna and Paypal to be able to offer you as fast and secure a payment process as possible. All sensitive credit card information you send is immediately encrypted so that no one but you can see the information.

ORDERS

Your order constitutes a request to purchase certain product (s) from Holdon Systems. When you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail in which we confirm receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to Holdon Systems approval and subject to availability. We will send an e-mail confirming that the product has been sent to you (Delivery Information). The agreement between you and us is concluded when we send the Delivery Information.

Orders can only be placed by persons who are 18 years or older and who are not under guardianship. Orders placed in someone else's name without their consent will be reported to the police. The same applies to any orders where we suspect a crime.

We reserve the right to final sale of products, any price errors, stock differences, technical problems, changes in specifications and any typographical errors on our site.

Minimum order

Minimum order is SEK 300 including VAT.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Invoice

Private individuals / companies through Klarna (generally 14 days net).

Municipalities (30 days net).

Company (15 days net after usual credit check).

Card payments

We accept debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No extra card fee will be added. Our credit card payments are handled by our payment partners Klarna and Paypal.

Direct payment via internet bank

We currently offer you direct payment through internet banking via our partner Klarna.

Account

With Klarna's account, your purchases are collected for one month on an invoice that arrives at the end of the following month.

PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is handled in accordance with current provisions in the Personal Data Act (PUL).

In order to be able to complete purchases and deliveries of ordered goods, it is necessary that personal data is shared with certain external partners. These partners can be shipping companies and / or companies that handle payments, e.g. your bank or Klarna.

Your personal information may be used for marketing from us in the form of e.g. sending out newsletters via e-mail. No data will be resold. You have the right to access the information we have registered about you, have the information deleted (in some cases), transferred to another supplier or have incorrect information corrected, you also have the right to have the processing of personal data intended for direct marketing interrupted.

Klarna's payment options

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days from the shipment of the goods. The terms for payment within 14 days can be found here.

Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay down his purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. Pay Direct: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been completed or the item has been sent. The conditions for using direct debit can be found here.

- Klarna

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whatever payment option you choose, Klarna is the one that handles the payment transaction while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions must therefore be directed to the store. Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank.

- Invoice

Payment terms 10 days. When you choose to pay against an invoice, a credit report is made on your personal or organization number. Delivery takes place to the address that is registered as the population registration address. Payment terms are 10 days net. In the event of late payment, interest on arrears will be charged at 2% per month from the due date. In the event of a reminder, the statutory reminder fee of SEK 50 will be charged. When ordering against an invoice, the customer must be at least 18 years old.

- Cash on delivery

You shop for traditional cash on delivery and pay when you pick up the goods.

Advance payment

You pay money in advance on our bank giro number. After you have sent your order at checkout, you will receive information on the screen and via e-mail how to proceed. Expect a few days extra delivery time if you choose advance payment.
